How to Make an 18 YO Happy!






Heck, it made this __ YO happy too =) In the Dells there is a Tanger Outlet Mall, complete with a Coach store. Would you believe I was able to pick out a purse for Miss Picky-Pants that she absolutely LOVES?! Happy early birthday, Sweet Girl!!!
