This was taken at the annual breastfeeding support walk that we've always attended in Dubuque (although, I do think we're done now!) Beckett would have been about 9 months old. His shirt says "Nice legs, but I'm a boob man--100% breastfed!" Boobman hardly described him, he nursed for 40 months to. the. day.
This is also my periodic plug for breastmilk donation!! Between the little boys, we were able to donate about 8,000 ounces of expressed milk to other babies. There are 128 ounces in a gallon so that makes approximately 62 1/2 gallons of breastmilk. PLUS all of the stuff pumped for their own consumption--MMMMMMOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, LOL!

Breast milk is all the rage now. This is the second post I've read about the stuff this morning. Although admittedly the first was about cheese being made in NYC out of the stuff. I support a cause...I do not support dairy for profit. I love that onsie, though! And will have to keep it in mind for the future. ;)
