On TUESDAY!! Oh boy what a slacker this week--HA!!
Monday: Class--I didn't cook
Tuesday: Tuna casserole over rice--in the oven!
Wednesday: Beer Can chicken on the grill, pasta side, veggie
Thursday: Parker has a golf meet, boys are mooching at Grandma's
Friday: Beef tenderloin--not sure what I'll do with it yet
Saturday: Steak Continental, baked taters, veggie
Sunday: Roast beef with garlic cloves tucked in, mashed taters, veggie

Just love your blog. I have checked out the menus a couple of times. I am enjoying the break from classes and am working on cleaning and organizing my home. Hope your having a good summer so far. You never know I might be on facebook by the end of the summer.
