What's for Supper Saturday

KABOBS!! EASY to make and so versatile--put whatever you want on the skewers. I usually do Polsa Kielbasa, green peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, potatoes (I do the canned whole--they cook WAY faster), mushrooms and pineapple. You could do marinated chicken or beef, I usually do the sausage b/c it cooks so fast that the other things don't get TOO done while waiting for the meat. For the time being, I just make them up willy-nilly, but when the boys get a little bigger they'll probably like creating their own. Pop em' on the grill or under the broiler, serve with rice and some crusty bread and dinner is served!!
